how does a person make a 360 degree shift from what you are now eating to raw foods?
we know that it is possible. the author has done it and so have millions worldwide.
is this goal worth achieving? the answer is obvious for anyone aware of the cause of illness: poor diet, genetically altered and highly sprayed foods, the abuse of animals to be exploited for food, the devastating effects on our planet of overproduction, chemicals and poisons added to packaged foods for shelf life and so on.
yet knowing that these poisons exist in packaged, bottled and cooked foods has not convinced or changed us much. it appears due to the addiction (and chemistry) within these foods themselves, as well as our addictive nature as a species, that a great deal more is required for us to change at the core level.
must we have a major life shock, near death experience or wake-up call to get our attention and make this shift?
unfortunately the answer is yes!
we are extremely lazy, are bombarded 24/7 with programming from the media, and our family & loved ones, society, and religion and layers of agreements from every direction to maintain our current and traditional food trip, food dogma and food worship.
we must be self-determined and persistent to achieve radiant aliveness and a life once imagined.
your body thrives best (and does have memory of this) on foods that nourish, cleanse, build and restore health. does this sound familiar? these whole, organic, live plant sources must contain moisture, chlorophyll, enzymes, minerals, and nutrients in their natural state and life force.
all cooked foods (and please do not take this personally) are dead, poisons, acidic, dehydrating and their undigested fermentation invites parasites and unwanted guests (breathe) for dinner which is you.
it is only fear of letting go to the familiar and comfortable eating habits that holds us back. you are a mere bite away, breath away, and choice away from your true health, peace of mind and natural state of wellness.
congratulations for experimenting with live foods by eating raw salads, drinking fresh squeezed juices, drinking superfoods & smoothies and by fasting. are you ready friends to push the envelope, take the leap of faith and really go for it right now, every day and forever?
